PWC Building
Winning 'Commercial Architectural Award, 2017 Canterbury Architecture Awards' and best in category for the 'RCP Commercial Office Property Award', PWC's unique building is nothing but a touch of excellence.
The heart of Christchurch’s West End business district, sitting next to the Avon River, the PWC Centre is a cornerstone of the CBD. The impressive facade along Cashel Street is stepped, creating multiple facets that harmonise with its surroundings. TARC PE2 Aluminium Cassette cladding brought a non-combustible cladding solution to the top level of this building and other areas. Its adaptability provided a great solution to the complex areas like the north-west corner, where the negative detail between TARC PE2 Aluminium Cassette adds a visual element enhancing the design language of the building.
